Overview of the menu and ingredients; your group selects dishes within set categories so everyone can cook and taste several recipes. Hands-on cooking at your own station: chopping, pounding curry paste, frying, simmering and seasoning under the teacher's supervision. After each course or at the end of the class (depending on the system), you sit down together to enjoy what you have prepared while asking the chef extra questions. End of class, recipe/notes hand-over and transfer back to your hotel or villa.
