1. Operator Information
tourinkohsamui.com is operated by Southeast Asia Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand (Registration: 0845567018501) and licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT Licence: 44/00448). All bookings are made with Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. as the contracting party.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or payment confirmation. Prices displayed on the website are in Thai Baht (THB) and include all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Hotel pickup from any location on Koh Samui is included in all tour prices unless explicitly noted.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation is available 48 or more hours before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are not eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted through the booking confirmation email or by contacting Info@tourinkohsamui.com.
4. Tour Changes & Availability
Tours are subject to weather conditions and minimum participant requirements. In the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or safety concerns, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons without prior notice.
5. Age Requirements
Driving activities (ATV, Buggy, Jet Ski, Enduro) require the driver to be at least 17 years old. Children of all ages are welcome on boat tours and non-driving activities unless otherwise specified on the product page. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors at all times.
6. Liability
Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. acts as a booking agent connecting customers with licensed tour providers. While we vet all providers for safety and quality, the tour provider is directly responsible for the execution of the tour. Participants join all activities at their own risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy above. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The speedboat transfer to the Full Moon Party was absolutely fantastic! The pickup from our hotel was on time and the boat was fast and comfortable. We got to the party with plenty of time. The staff was so friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable. The party itself was incredible - an unforgettable night! The transfer back was well-organized. Highly recommend this service for anyone going to the Full Moon Party!
We booked the private speedboat and it was absolutely incredible! The boat was fast, comfortable, and we had it all to ourselves. Pig Island was amazing - the pigs are so friendly and clearly well cared for. Koh Tan snorkeling was breathtaking, we saw so many colorful fish and beautiful coral. Our crew was fantastic, very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The lunch was delicious. Having a private boat made the day so much more special. Highly recommend!
This cooking class was one of the best things we did in Koh Samui! The sea view location was absolutely stunning - we cooked with the ocean breeze and beautiful scenery. We made 5 delicious Thai dishes - Tom Yum, Pad Thai, Green Curry, Spring Rolls, and Mango Sticky Rice. The instructor was so patient and knowledgeable, explaining every step and the history behind each dish. The food turned out amazing and we've been making these recipes at home ever since. The hotel pickup was seamless. A must-do for food lovers!
Our private longtail boat experience was absolutely magical! The boat was beautiful and authentic - exactly what we wanted for a Thai island adventure. Pig Island was adorable, the pigs came running to greet us and were so friendly. Snorkeling at Koh Tan was stunning with crystal clear water and colorful fish. Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the area and the marine life. The lunch was delicious, fresh Thai food. Having the boat to ourselves made it so special and intimate. We took hundreds of photos! Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a more personal experience away from the crowds. Worth every penny!
We had an absolute blast on this ATV adventure! The 2-hour tour was the perfect length - exciting but not exhausting. The jungle trails were so much fun, we drove through mud, over bumps, and through beautiful forest. The waterfall was stunning and we got to cool off in the water. The views from the mountain temple were absolutely breathtaking, you could see the whole island. Our guide was fantastic, very professional and made sure we were safe. Highly recommend this activity for anyone seeking an adrenaline rush!
