What to Expect on the Full Moon Party Day Trip
Our driver picks you up from your Koh Samui hotel in an air-conditioned minivan and takes you to the speedboat pier on the north coast. After a quick 20-30 minute crossing you arrive at Haad Rin Pier on Koh Phangan, a short walk from the Full Moon Party. Party as long as you want and when you are ready, return to the pier and catch the next available speedboat back to Koh Samui. Hourly departures run from 1 AM to 5 AM. A minivan will be waiting at Samui pier to take you safely back to your hotel.

How do I get from Koh Samui to the Full Moon Party?
The Full Moon Party is on Haad Rin beach on Koh Phangan, about 15 km north of Koh Samui, so you need a boat — there is no bridge or road between the islands. With this transfer a driver collects you from your Koh Samui hotel in an air-conditioned minivan (pickup times from 5 PM to 10 PM), drives you to the speedboat pier on the north coast, and the speedboat crossing to Haad Rin Pier takes 20–30 minutes; the party is a short walk from the pier. Getting back is just as easy: speedboats leave Haad Rin hourly from 1 AM to 5 AM and a minivan waits at the Samui pier to take you to your hotel. The 200 THB party entrance fee is paid in cash at the gate on arrival at Haad Rin, not in advance.
