What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation: cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Late cancellation (24–47 hours) means 50% refund eligibility; under 24 hours or a no-show is charged in full. If Thai authorities or the Thai Navy cancel activities for unsafe weather, we offer a reschedule or refund on prepaid bookings.
Can I pay just a deposit to secure my booking?
We don't offer partial deposits, but many tours come with a "Book Now, Pay Later" option — reserve your spot today and settle the full amount in cash on the day of the tour. Available for bookings under ฿8,000 THB.
Do you provide hotel pickup and drop-off?
Most tours include hotel transfers. Pickup details are listed under each tour description.
Do you offer discounts for booking multiple tours?
Yes — check our group pricing, or contact us on Live Chat. We also run a Best Price Guarantee: found the same tour cheaper elsewhere? We'll match it and add an extra 7% on top.
